Distributed image and data capture workflow
As an easy-to-use, efficient and compact system, the S1
Vision is ideal for check processing in decentralized operations.
First, items are processed into bank branches where the
S1 Vision captures the image and data and sorts it if necessary.
This enables the network to move the information to the
operations center electronically where balancing of transaction, reject
repair, amount entry and CAR/ICR/LAR occur. Checks are then physically
transported to processing centers in order to be processed, sorted and
encoded.
Early data capture and distributed processing provides
the ability to reap benefits of earlier funds availability and reduced
courier and encoding costs.
